1. Eligibility for Returns
Items may be returned under the following conditions:
- The product is defective, damaged, or not as described.
- The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
- A return request is submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Please note that the following items cannot be returned:
- Customized or personalized orders.
- Sale or discounted items.
- Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling.
3. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days through the original method of payment.
4. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange a product for a different size, style, or item, please contact us. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
5. Return Shipping
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs when returning or exchanging items. If the return or exchange is due to our error (such as a defective or incorrect product), we will cover the shipping costs. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
